An India e-Visa is an electronic travel authorisation available to nationals of eligible countries for short-term purposes such as tourism, business, and medical treatment. It is applied for online and linked to your passport. Diplomatic/official passport holders and certain categories may not be eligible for the e-Visa route and may need a regular (sticker) visa instead.
As a general guide, e-Visas are typically processed within about 1–3 working days and regular (sticker) visas within about 3–7 working days once a complete application is submitted. These are indicative timelines only — actual processing time is determined by the authorities and can vary during peak periods.
Your passport should generally have a minimum of 6 months validity from your date of arrival and at least two blank pages. You should also hold a valid return or onward ticket and sufficient funds for your stay. Specific visa categories may carry additional requirements, which we will confirm for you.
Yes. Every traveller, including infants and minors, needs their own visa and their own passport.
Generally, e-Visas cannot be converted to other visa types or extended within India. If you need a longer or different category of stay, a regular visa applied for in advance is usually required.
We assist with visas for destinations including the United Kingdom, Schengen countries, China, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and more. Requirements vary by country and purpose of travel, so we prepare a tailored checklist once we understand your trip.
Common requirements include a passport with at least 6 months validity, recent photographs to the destination country's specification, a completed application form, proof of funds, confirmed travel itinerary and accommodation, and purpose-of-travel documents (such as employment, study, or invitation letters). Schengen applications also require travel medical insurance with minimum €30,000 coverage.
We assist with new OCI applications, OCI renewal/re-issue, OCI updating, replacement for lost or damaged OCI cards, OCI renunciation, nativity certificates, and FTI-TTP registration.
Historically, OCI cards required re-issue after passport renewals at certain ages. Rules have changed over time, so we recommend checking your specific situation with us. We will confirm whether a re-issue is required before you begin.
We support Indian passport renewal, newborn/minor passports, and replacement of lost or damaged passports for Indian nationals residing in Singapore, along with the supporting documentation each case requires.
Typically your current passport, your valid Singapore pass/residency document, and category-specific supporting documents. We provide a complete checklist based on your situation once we review your details.
Attestation is the process of legally verifying a document so it is recognised by authorities in another country. It is commonly required for education, employment, marriage, birth, and commercial documents when used abroad. Depending on the destination, this may involve notarisation, MEA attestation, apostille, or embassy legalisation.
The Ministry of External Affairs physically stamps the back of the original document. Laminated documents cannot be stamped and are rejected, so all plastic lamination must be cleanly removed before submission.
An apostille is used for documents destined for countries that are members of the Hague Convention. Embassy attestation (legalisation) is required for non-Hague countries and involves authentication by that country's embassy. We will advise which route applies to your destination.
Yes. We assist both Indian nationals and foreigners/OCI holders residing in Singapore with PAN (Permanent Account Number) applications, including guidance on the required documents for your applicant profile.
For Indian nationals, Aadhaar details are generally required and must match your passport records, with access to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP verification. Foreigners/OCI holders can apply using their foreign passport and supporting documents, with Aadhaar being optional. We confirm the exact requirements for your case.
No. Our service charge covers our assistance, document review, and processing support. Any official fees payable to government authorities or embassies are separate and are paid to those authorities.
We aim to be fair and transparent. Where an application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority, a service fee refund can usually be arranged. Once an application has been formally submitted to the authority, service fees are generally non-refundable, and government fees are non-refundable in all cases. Please contact us with your details and we will review your specific situation.
Our team is happy to walk you through any service, document, or eligibility question.
